Diana - last changings

Topology editor has a separated "news" page.

The problem with pure vertex diagrams is fixed! Now Diana is able to work with pure vertex diagrams, when there are no internal lines at all.
The system path can be set by means of the environment variable DIANATMLPATH. Settings from the configuration file just overwrite this variable.
Trailing slash ("/") in the system path is not needed anymore, if absent, it will be substituted by Diana itself.
The behaviour of the Topology Editor invoked by the style "create.html" is changed so that now the user can save the result of editing of the temporary file into some other file.

- Postscript is improuved: a white stuff arond vertex is added.
- Command line option -V (or -version) leads to output the current revision number and exit, if there are no more cmdline options.

- Generic topology -- a new mechanism of momenta distributing.
- Now Diana checks are all keywords for identifiers num, fnum, mnum, from, to, vec and ind different. If not, then Diana fails.

- Now the user can introduce multiply indices groups. Based upon this new mechanism, the universal program for calculation of the SU(N) group factor was developed.
