Scanning Ion Conductance Microscopy (SICM) - MEMBRANE BIOPHYSICS

Contact: Prof. Dr. Dario Anselmetti

Supported membrane bound proteins (ion channels) and artificial nanopores are planned to be investigated by AFM and scanning ion conductance microscopy (SICM) in order to quantifiy their electrophysiological (ionic) properties.
